You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of purchasing the goods. We will refund all unused products that still have the labels attached, intact and in their original packaging.
Follow the steps below to begin the withdrawal process:
- Fill in the return application, which you can find here, be sure to include the reason for the return.
- After you submit your application, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to you
- pack the product securely in the packaging in which the product arrived
- Attach the shipping label sent to you on the package
- Take the parcel to the nearest courier collection point
Refund Process
We will refund you for the purchased goods in the same way as you paid for them, within a maximum of 14 days. If you used a credit card to pay, we will transfer the money back to the same account.
Defects
Our products have a 2-year warranty, starting from the date of purchase indicated on the invoice. You must provide a proof of purchase to resolve warranty claims.
